Fiat 500- If it aint’ broken, why fix it?

Designers at Motor house Fiat has been in talks regarding the new design format for the infamous Fiat 500 and which direction they wish to take it in.

The car which has proved extremely successful is about to go on the market in the US of A as well as Mexico of which it was subject to a few minor modifications.

Designers at Fiat are however slightly hesitant to make any more changes to the new Fiat 500 car due to its ‘supermini’ status within the Fiat family tree, indicating that the shape and size will stay the same.

First launched in 2007, the new Fiat 500 superseded the original model 50 years previously and went on sale in the UK a year later in 2008.

Legendary for its shape and size the new Fiat 500 has proved extremely popular at Fiat dealerships across the UK, including my local Fiat dealership in Kent that specialises in leasing Fiat cars. I may just have to stop by on my way home from work and take a closer look…
