Congestion charge to be wavered??

Have I got news for you contributor and London mayor Boris Johnson has made a clear set of plans to make some serious changes in congestion charges.

It was recently announced that the charge would rise to as much as £10, but Boris has followed this up with a radical plan to cut congestion charges completely for cars that meet Euro V emission standards. This will mean that any car that falls under this bracket will be exempt from paying any charges and this will be confirmed around early August time. I drive a Ford KA which is unfortunately not on the list of cars exempt. Not a happy bunny.

If you drive a Ford Fiesta, Skoda Fabia, Vauxhall Corsa or Audi A3 for instance, you are good to go!! Meh!
