Mazda proves they are HOT on Customer Service…

This year’s Best Car Company for Customer Satisfaction goes to Mazda according to the UK Institute of Customer Service with a top score of 80.6% and an average industry score of 75.6% overall. The top five automotive manufacturers were:

Mazda - 80.6%
Honda - 80.3%
BMW/Mini - 80.2%
Toyota - 79.6%
Mercedes Benz - 79.0%

The survey is published every six months and a group of 26,000 people are asked about the services they receive from major UK brands such as Mazda Cars and Mini. In the utilities sector, food retailers Waitrose came out on top with 88% in the satisfaction survey- I agree, I love a bit of Waitrose on a Sunday Morning. There pate is to die for. I digress…

So, the survey is based on a number of factors, such as quality of the service, the handling of enquiries and the friendliness of staff, which is obviously extremely important when working in a Mazda Car dealership as you are the first point of contact for the customer.

It goes to show what the UK’s motoring world wants and that seems to be Mazda for a truly satisfying motoring experience.
